Shipping Methods
Generally, we ship by USPS through our New Jersey Warehouse. However, we may choose different shipping vendors based on availability and your location.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak times, processing may take up to 7 business days.
*We do not process orders and ship on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Time: 3-15 business days.
*If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow extra time for delivery during holiday periods.
Free Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping for orders over $29 within the Mainland U.S. only. This does not apply to:
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or U.S. Territories.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the product has not yet shipped. Contact us at jzoomshop@gmail.com as soon as possible to request cancellation.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
International Shipping
Customers outside the U.S. may place orders as long as the shipping region is supported at checkout.
Address Changes After Shipment
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once an order has been shipped. Please verify your shipping information before completing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact the shipping vendor directly. Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Stolen Packages: If you believe your package was stolen, file a claim with UPS or USPS and provide us with a claim number at jzoomshop@gmail.com.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos or videos and contact UPS or USPS for package details. Send us the evidence at jzoomshop@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Tracking & Status Updates
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us. Or you can check your shipping information through "Track My Order" on our website.
